The Cleveland Browns Training Facility in Berea operates at a scale most commercial properties never approach. During training camp and the regular season, dozens of athletes cycle through showers, hydrotherapy pools, and recovery services within compressed time windows. The facility's existing hot water system could not meet peak demand reliably · creating pressure drops and temperature inconsistencies at the worst possible moments. The upgrade needed to solve peak capacity while fitting within the facility's existing mechanical room without a full infrastructure overhaul.

The Solution
How We Solved It
