System Design & Installation
Built Right
The First Time.
From load calculations through final commissioning, Precision Mechanical designs and installs commercial HVAC systems that perform for decades — with in-house sheet metal fabrication and 40+ years of mechanical experience.
Our Process
01
Site Assessment
We walk your facility, review existing systems, and understand your operational requirements before recommending anything.
02
System Design
Load calculations, equipment selection, duct design · engineered to your building, not a generic spec sheet.
03
In-House Fabrication
Custom ductwork and fittings built in our Parma sheet metal shop · tighter tolerances, faster schedule, no markup.
04
Installation & Commissioning
Our own crews handle installation start to finish. We commission every system and don't walk away until it performs.
What We Install
- Commercial rooftop units (RTUs) · all major brands
- Variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems · Mitsubishi, Daikin, LG
- Chiller and cooling tower systems
- Hot water and steam heating systems
- Air handling units and ductwork systems
- Precision cooling · Liebert for data centers and critical environments
- Make-up air and ventilation systems
- Building automation and control integration
- In-house sheet metal ductwork fabrication
- Complex crane and rooftop installations
The In-House Advantage
Our on-site sheet metal fabrication shop means custom ductwork is built to exact specifications · not ordered from a catalog and shimmed to fit. Every transition, every fitting, fabricated for your specific installation. Faster timelines, tighter quality, no subcontractor markup.
Complex Installations Welcome
The Ritz Carlton, Cleveland required a 14th-floor rooftop mechanical replacement · a crane operation at a historic luxury property. Precision process environments demand temperature and humidity control engineered to tolerance, not approximated. We don’t step back from complex work. That’s where we differentiate.
Every Major Brand
Carrier, Trane, Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Liebert, and more. Factory authorization means proper installation, full warranty compliance, and service performed to manufacturer specification.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you fabricate ductwork in-house?
Yes. We operate an in-house sheet metal fabrication shop at our Parma facility. Custom ductwork, transitions, and specialty fittings are built to spec · not ordered from a catalog. This means faster schedules, tighter tolerances, and one point of accountability for the whole project.
What commercial HVAC brands do you install?
We’re factory authorized and trained across all major commercial brands — Carrier, Trane, Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, LG, Bosch, Liebert, and more — and we install virtually any commercial HVAC system. Factory authorization means proper installation, full warranty compliance, and service to manufacturer specification.
Can you handle complex installations like rooftop work on occupied buildings?
Yes. We replaced the 14th-floor rooftop mechanical system at The Ritz Carlton, Cleveland while the hotel remained fully operational · crane coordination, city permits, zero guest disruption. If your project requires unusual access or phased installation, we've done it.
Do you conduct a site assessment before proposing a system?
Yes. We walk every facility before recommending anything. Load calculations, equipment selection, and duct design are engineered to your building and operational requirements · not applied from a generic specification.
